TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the leading names within the HVAC & Refrigeration space in Western USA. Our client offers a variety of HVAC/R services and products and are leading experts in HVAC Solutions. This Sales Engineer will be promoting their engineering systems and product portfolio to their customers which includes VFD’s, AHU’s, VRF’s, Chillers, and a variety of other HVAC solutions from industry leading manufacturers.
Primary Responsibilities

• Negotiate equipment sales
• Coordinate strategy for bids with internal team members
• Conduct lunch & learn presentations, and client visit
• Evaluate project timelines for clients
• Act with a customer service focus and attitude
• Be in attendance for training, in person and virtual
• Attend trade shows and events when required
• Organized service and start up requests
• Keep customers up to date on status of orders

Experience/Skills

• Previous HVAR/R Sales/customer service experience, candidates with a technical background and client/supplier experience may be considered.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong mechanical/engineering aptitude, to be able to effectively communicate to the customer.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree is a strong asset.
