They enjoy a massive footprint and are looking to offer an experienced Account Manager - HVAC an opportunity to be a part of their strong and growing team.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a sales territory and creating new service and product accounts including retaining the customer's relationship, meeting all their HVAC requests, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from our Service department.

Responsibilities Include:

• Champion the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Establish excellent customer rapport with products and services;
• Form accurate and complete sales proposals;
• Facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers;
• Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/ services;
• Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure;
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads;
• Maintain customer information updated in the CRM Program;
• Participate in training on the latest industry technologies;
• Support other team members and divisions.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in product sales within the HVAC industry;
• Experience with account management, team building and estimating;
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R technology & systems; VRF technology really is a very desired, valuable asset;
• Engaged involvement with applicable associations such as ASHRAE;
• Results-focused and solution driven with exceptional decision-making and negotiation acumen;
• Valid driver's license;
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
