Commercial Operations Manager - Commercial Roofing

$120 - $140K Salary

Full Time: Phoenix and Area
This role is perfect for somebody with a high level Commercial Roofing experience. Providing a Project List alongside your resume would be very beneficial.
Our client is a large Commercial Roofing outfit that is looking to add a highly experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to their team. This role will oversee 5 Superintendents and ensure that all safety standards, JHA's and company practices are held to daily. This role will report directly to the Operations Leader.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 Schedule and supervise team of Superintendents
 Oversee/assist each Superintendent performance to assure they are completing all required functions
 Provide training to any superintendents that may lack in any area of their job functions
 Coordinate, organize and schedule projects
 Continue to grow usage of company Track Report tool
 Continue to grow quality assurance program to achieve 100% completion of projects
 Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
 Daily Quality Assurance
 Confirm JHA’s are filled out daily by team
 Contribute to and grow overall safety culture
 Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment
 Monitor camera notifications for commercial
 Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
 Support and abide by the values of the company
Experience Required
 5 years roofing experience
 Acceptable driving record and auto insurance
 Construction , residential and bi-lingual preferred
