Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation in the Document Management Industry.
- Build new and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales presentations in the Document Management space and product demonstrations to potential clients Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales revenue
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for better communication with Spanish-speaking clients
- Strong account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
