Salary: $80 – 120k/year DOE

Responsibilities:

• General Contract and Subcontract administration
• Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
• Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment
• Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ field installations
• Review and negotiate change order proposal pricing with subs, vendors and subcontractors
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Quality control & Project closeout
• Prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers

Requirements:

• 6 years of electrical experience in commercial construction / commercial service project management
• Accubid and Accubid change order experience preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Bluebeam & Navis experience are a plus
• Must have a valid Driver's License (unrestricted)
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Teamwork focused mindset
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
• Leadership abilities to communicate and influence others
• Positive attitude in the face of adversity
