Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work in Omaha, NE.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
- Manages user stories for one or more products.
- Prioritizes backlog based on user value, time, and other dependencies
- Iteration planning and communication with overall program leadership and architects
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.
- Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
- Lead team and/or client system demonstrations
Qualifications:
- You will have 5 Years as a Product Owner
- Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO, CSP)
- Prior experience with core banking applications, financial systems and/or digital delivery
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience [preferred]
- Experience in data warehousing/data mining/data analytics.
- Understand product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
- Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
Preferred:
- You are a very professional individual who can interact with all levels (CEOs, President, Directors, etc.)
- You will have 5-10 years of banking/financial industry knowledge
- You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You will be a strategic thinker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, Software Engineering, or similar.
