Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst who will also serve as the designated Project Manager for our software development team. This dual role is critical to ensuring that product development is aligned with our strategic goals, executed efficiently, and delivered within the desired timelines to drive faster results and maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis and Project Management:
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and translate them into clear and actionable software requirements.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the software development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, from conception through deployment, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Implement and oversee SCRUM Agile methodology to ensure agile, iterative product development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation.
• Track project progress, adjust as necessary to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders regularly.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor team members, promoting a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
• Facilitate effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and project momentum.
• Work closely with the product management, UX/UI, and technical teams to ensure the product vision is realized efficiently and effectively.

Quality Assurance and Reporting:

• Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet the required standards and user expectations before release.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Proven experience with SCRUM Agile methodology and its practical application in product development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve project objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
