Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Account Executive for a contract position in Cincinnati, OH. Opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: The assignment will be Contract Manufactures (CM) product release and consumer complaint management at CMs with specific responsibilities of reviewing CM production documentations and performing product releases and providing CM oversight to ensure timely completion of consumer complaint investigations. quality and compliant execution following applicable regulations and client's policies & SOPs.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Responsible for acting as the single point of contact for business or function for Global Business Development activities, including strategic influence for business development.
- Establishes and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers. Ensures the business needs of the customers are satisfied.
- Ensures that initiatives are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks such as providing key support for managing relationships with customers and/or third-party vendors and resolving customer issues.
- May also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records M16:M17 and collecting, tracking, and reporting data on key metrics related to the account/client. Successful candidates can turn raw data into actionable conclusions. Use analytical tools and integrating various data systems to develop new insights and provides input into retailer category strategy. Is the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisor.
- Contributes by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges while owning and managing significant customer accounts
- This ESS QA role requires expert QA capability of highly regulated businesses and analyzing/interpreting Board of Health guidelines, understanding best practices at Contract Manufacturers, and principles for applying these requirements.
- With the urgent business needs, the successful individual should have previous work experience in health care industry across multiple regulatory categories and with previous work experience in PHC.
- Working knowledge of client digital platforms used for CM production (e.g., Enovia, Veeva)
- Working knowledge of client policies, SOPs, and CM product release & consumer complaint work processes.
