Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Serve as a Program Management lead, overseeing technical projects and initiatives with a primary focus on Conversational Engineering.
Additional advantage for experience in SRE/Ops including AskA, ConversationKit, ConversationAI, DirectMessage, and Coaching Solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML projects, leveraging Python stack for development and implementation.
Drive DevOps/SRE practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of technical solutions.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on program management and Conversational Engineering.
Additional advantage for experience in SRE/Ops, AI/ML projects, and Python stack.
Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE principles and practices.
