Talascend is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a W-2 contract position in Amherst, New York.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answering incoming calls
• Receive visitors
• Schedule appointments (both on-site and off-site)
• Create / update spreadsheets
• Maintain information files and process paperwork
• Housekeeping checklist
• Update sections of BMPP (Best Management Practices Plan)
• Maintenance of Safety / DOT / Training records
• Back up for mail distribution

REQUIREMENTS :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP experience preferred, but not required

SCHEDULE :

Monday through Friday. 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.

PAY :

• $15-$20 an hour depending upon experience.
