The Property Manager is primarily responsible for general oversight and management of a student housing community. Ensure the property is adequately maintained at a level exceeding company standards and providing profitable returns. A successful Property Manager will provide excellent customer service to our residents, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property.
