- Discard or reject defective products from the production line
- Recycle all defective products back into production
- Maintain light station, discarding visible defects in 20-minute increments
- Maintain production line movement
- Maintain clean rails and surrounding work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate ability to correctly detect and classify defects in glassware
- Ability to work rotating shifts: 24-7-365
- Ability to follow departmental and plant SOPs
- Maintain general housekeeping and 5S
- Previous manufacturing or warehousing experience is a plus
- Team-player
