Tactile Medical is Hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator (Hybrid, M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Near Minneapolis, MN

Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator manages the triaging and resolution of patient service requests and returns. Patient service requests include, but are not limited to, facilitating patient product return, supplemental orders and trade in requests. This position will process specialty or order exceptions.

Responsibilities
  • Triage and coordinate patient product return requests, and reverse product return requests
  • Responsible for reviewing return queue and resolving any stalled product returns
  • Triage and coordinate supplemental order requests
  • Arrange pick-ups for patient product as necessary
  • Escalate exception return requests (outside return policy) for management review
  • Responsible for facilitating and generating prescriptions with custom protocols
  • Responsible for facilitating treatment change requests
  • Run Audit reports and resolve any discrepancies
  • Perform all job duties while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years customer service experience in an office environment

Preferred:

  • Previous medical device or healthcare industry experience
  • Previous Filemaker experience

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Operate as a strong team player
  • High degree of flexibility and urgency
  • Exhibit excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
$20.34 - $26.70 / HR
