The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for report development and management. This includes creation, administration and management of dashboards, scorecards and report outs. Performs data integrity analysis and data governance activities ensuring our data is accurate and clean for reporting. Provides support for benefits and compensation administration, as well as the HRIS system support for those functions. Primary Learning Management System administrator handling Tier 2 and escalated service and support for our Learning and Development function. In this role you must have a strong attention to detail with a high level of analytical skills.
