Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or hotel setting.

Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements

- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries

- Maintain a clean reception area

- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

- Handle guest concerns and escalate to management when necessary

Skills:

- Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment

- Strong customer service and guest relations skills

- Proficiency with POS systems, preferably Toast POS

- Excellent communication and phone etiquette

- Ability to assist and help guests promptly and courteously
