Location: The Salesforce Admin Intern will join our IT team in this remote, full-time, paid internship; qualified candidates should reside in the continental US.
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour.
The Internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Admin Intern. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Salesforce administration while supporting our organization's sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for technology.
A Salesforce Admin Intern can expect to:

• Work under the tutelage of the Salesforce Admin to configure and administrate Taconic’s Salesforce platform.
• Support day-to-day operations within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Develop reporting to support business decisions.
• Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business needs.
• Assist in data management tasks, including data loads, exports, and cleanup.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and system changes.
• Network within our global organization.
• Have a hands-on opportunity to experience a career within Information technology.
• Participate in an end of summer presentation on the knowledge and skills you’ve obtained, with provided exposure to leadership.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for this opportunity you must be enrolled in an academic program in pursuit of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD or be graduating Spring 2024.
