Location: Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Customer Facing Team Process Specialist Intern to join our team in this full time, paid internship. This will be a remote internship; qualified candidates should reside in the continental US.
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour.
The Internship: As a Customer Facing Team Process Specialist Intern you will aid the Global customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Sales Analytics, and Customer Experience) in developing and/or revising SOPs and associated work guidelines. This effort is directed towards achieving top-tier service delivery and maintaining consistent support across our Pharma, Biotech, Contract Research, and Academic customer base.
A Customer Facing Team Process Specialist Intern can expect to:

• Coordinate, organize, and load department documentation into our document control system.
• Utilizing the Voice of Employee, you will pinpoint areas for enhancing our departmental playbook and establish a strategy to prioritize critical content first
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify documentation gaps and determine the next steps for prioritization.
• Work with customer facing leaders to create interactive documentation materials.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
• Network within our global organization.
• Have a hands-on opportunity to experience a career within a customer facing profession.
• Participate in an end of summer presentation on the knowledge and skills you’ve obtained, with provided exposure to leadership.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for this opportunity you must be enrolled in an academic program in pursuit of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD or be graduating Spring 2024.
