Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services primarily on the interfaces of google, social and other primary digital marketing platforms. Our company specializes in Senior Living, and this job is centered around driving traffic, and creating and maintaining a digital platform for our senior living portfolio of ten properties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic
- Manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions in conjunction with regional marketing director
- Utilize Google Ads for PPC campaigns and analyze performance metrics
- Create compelling content for various digital platforms
- Oversee social media accounts and engage with followers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Google Ads for campaign management
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to create engaging content for different audiences
- Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies
