The Accountant provides detailed accounting functions and administrative duties relating to the contracts, billing, and revenue recognition of T2 and provides general accounting support to the Finance Department of T2.

Essential Position Functions

• Manage over $1M in monthly revenue for subscriptions and warranties for 1,000 customers.

• Responsible for invoicing deferred subscriptions and warranties.

• Responsible for monthly revenue reporting and analysis, including journal entries, pivot table analysis, and reconciliations.

• Responsible for answering internal and external contract and billing questions in a timely and professional manner.

• Posts revenue to the general ledger.

• Works with Inside Sales team assisting with issues and questions related to asset data.

• Updates Salesforce subscription terms for new, renewed and terminated contracts in a timely and accurate fashion.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and two (2) years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and SOX compliance would be helpful but not required.

• Experience in and proficiency of MS Office with an emphasis in Excel.

• Must have excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail required.
