Responsibilities : Customer Outreach :

- Initiate warm calls to clients who have expressed interest in our services
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions
- Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations
- Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
Qualifications :
- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
- Technical Requirements : Access to a laptop or iPad, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to follow up, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience : One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)
