Your knowledge of online media combined with your interpersonal skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide extraordinary client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of T-Ad's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
T-Ad's advertising sales team is a group of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers and agencies, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate our new to market ad solutions. Our team of entrepreneurial, hardworking and customer-focused team members are the "human face" of T-Ad's, helping agencies and brands to connect with their customers better and grow their businesses.
T-Mobile Advertising Solutions will be expanding its Digital Out of Home sales efforts including Rideshare, Retail Media, and programmatic audience driven DOOH. Sales lead will need to work with internal collaborators on to bring new initiatives to market along with closing new clients and growing and closing an existing DOOH sales pipeline across brand direct and agency business.
Job Responsibilities :
  • Lead sales efforts across agencies and brands including building and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline, drive in quarter revenue against defined sales targets, and build broader data partnerships with strategic clients
  • Identify new clients within and beyond AdTech that help to bring innovation to the T-Ads DOOH offering including Rideshare, Retail Media, and programmatic audience driven DOOH
  • Build major holding company and brand partnerships using full DOOH product suite including supporting the launch of Retail Media Network across T-Mobile and Metro stores
  • Provide critical market feedback to T-Ads product senior leaders across current and future DOOH offerings
Education :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience :
  • 4-7 years Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements with Direct Data Sales and /or Media Sales with Data including a specific focus on Digital OOH Products
  • Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
  • Relationship Development Experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.
  • Dedication Teams Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • New Business Development Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements.
  • Critical Thinking: Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Communication: Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.)
  • Strategic: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop a strategic roadmap to drive increased usage of Audience data products
  • Advertising: Knowledge of the advertising industry as well as opinions and projections for its future

New York Pay Range : $151,860.00 - $205,440.00
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
