We're looking for bold, uncompromising world-class sales professionals to bring our products and services to underserved markets. In the process, we can turn the wireless industry on its head, un-limit what customers expect, and unleash your true potential.

Enterprise Account Executives develop customer relationships to sell products and services, prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads through referrals. Partnering, AE's manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. The role is responsible for both new logo growth and retention of the active account base.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services fully.

  • Fully use all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Lead sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customers on board-research business information about prospects.

  • Contract and sales negotiations.

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years of Acquisition Sales experience and a proven history of achievements in a commissioned environment. (Required)

  • 2-4 years of Technology or Wireless Sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies in the Region. (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Negotiation (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

* At least 18 years of age
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
