*** Contract position for 12 months; contract can be extended; C2H is possible.
*** The job is on-site with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not an option. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Dallas TX, Birmingham AL, or Phoenix AZ
Business Systems Analyst :
- Support Digital Identity Policy & Governance team, be responsible for creating, managing, governing, and supporting Digital Identity policies, procedures, and documents.
- Collaborate with Digital Identity Policy & Governance team to publish a Customer Authentication policy and supporting artifacts (procedures & documents) applicable to all LOBs and Support Areas
- Assess compliance with the Customer Authentication policy after publication
- Establish value maps and journey maps for different authentication experiences
Qualifications :
- Experience in writing & governing corporate policies, procedures, and documents
- Experience in authentication and applying authentication tools, Familiarity with FIDO
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
