System Controls & Instrumentation is Hiring a Field Service Technician Near San Antonio, TX
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Electrical, and Controls background with experience in industrial installtions. This position offers the opportunity to work on Water, Waste Water, and Food proscessing equipment and systems, providing technical support to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking work orders and inventory for Billing purposes.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Install, test, and commission new equipment
- Provide technical support to customers on-site or remotely
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrical and Controls
- Strong Electrical knowledge with expertise in low voltage systems
- Familiarity with Pumping systems and logic controllers
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Technical sales skills are a plus for promoting services and products
- Electrical certification or relevant training is preferred
-Premise Cabling and Fiber terminations are a plus
