Industrial Service Solutions is Hiring a Field Service Technician Near San Antonio, TX
Position Summary:
San Antonio Armature Works, an Industrial Service Solutions company, is looking for a Field Service Technician that will maintain motors and generators while preventing downtime and motor or generator failure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot DC Motors and Generators.
- AC&DC Motor and Generator repair.
- Provide start-up, operate, trouble-shoot, and optimize equipment performance.
- On-site start-up and services/repairs for all drives, starters, and controls.
- Bearing inspection and replacement.
- Rewinding stators on-site.
- Outage and turn-around support.
- Offline baker motor circuit testing.
- Vibration analysis.
- Vibration condition monitoring.
- Field Balancing Rotating Members.
- Laser alignment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with AC&DC Motor and Generator repair a plus.
