Responsibilities:

This position will perform duties such as client invoicing, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, employee expense reporting processing, quarterly and annual Federal and State compliance reporting, coordination with outside accounting firm to prepare annual overhead audit, provide reports, data and financial information to management, and work with business insurance agent to issue certificates of insurance. Additional duties include working together with management to ensure the day-to-day operations of the corporate office is running efficiently and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, and outside vendors. Additional office work may be required as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
