The position is expected to assist with expense coding, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and other administrative tasks. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary due to the regular interaction with the firm’s staff. Successful candidates will have exceptional written and oral communication capabilities, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and bring a practical and participatory approach to the role. Key Responsibilities & Duties: •Review monthly expense reports for employees for coding accuracy and compliance with firm policy•Reconcile and resolve outstanding expense reports for 250 employees•Prepare bank reconciliations for ~ 350 accounts•Monitor corporate expense programs (Uber, Fed Ex, Amex, Amazon, etc.)•Assist with accounts payable and receivable•Assist with special projects as needed•Other tasks, as assigned
