Synergy Interactive is Hiring a Marketing QA Manager Near Newark, NJ

Synergy Interactive is partnering with a global media producer to fill an Marketing QA Manager position. This contract position is hybrid in Newark, NJ and requires experience with iOS and Android, and A/B testing for marketing campaigns

NOTE: NO 3RD PARTY CANDIDATES OR RESUME SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of in-app CRO tests before launch to ensure a seamless user experience and minimize bugs.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of A/B experiments to validate audience targeting and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional QA teams and Product to ensure proper configuration of new features and functional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on test designs and implementation best practices for marketers.
  • Oversee the continuous updating of the Figma board to ensure accurate visual representation of the app experience.
  • Work with web and product QA teams to develop global ways of working.
  • Report on QA process findings and escalated issues, including root causes and business impact.
  • Monitor and resolve trouble tickets assigned to the App CRO team promptly.
  • Update App CRO JIRA tickets with relevant details and comprehensive testing documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing or related technical roles supporting customer acquisition programs, preferably in mobile app roles.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, UX testing, and execution of multichannel campaigns.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams on requirements gathering.
  • Technical proficiency with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with conversion optimization for subscription-based services.
  • Understanding of how JSON and HTML can optimize user experience.
  • Experience testing and QA’ing in other languages is a plus.
