As a Marketing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts (internal NJII divisions) and working with division stakeholders to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to support and grow their business. You will be responsible for understanding each division's unique objectives, developing tailored marketing plans, and executing campaigns to drive growth and achieve measurable results. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with divisional goals and objectives. Partner with stakeholders to understand market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Person Reports To- Vice President of Marketing
Supervises- N/A, potentially oversee one summer intern.
Essential Functions-
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned NJII division, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs. Collaborate closely with clients to gain insights into their market positioning, target audience, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising. Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring seamless implementation, tracking, and optimization for maximum effectiveness.
Content Planning and Execution: Partner with division stakeholders to and Marketing teammates to develop marketing content plan for multi-media content including but not limited to blogs, webinars, podcasts, and videos.
Demand Generation: Develop strategies to drive top of funnel activities utilizing paid and organic tactics. Manage paid programs to budget.
Measures and Results: Monitor campaign performance and key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support campaign execution and delivery.
Prerequisite Qualifications-
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience (3 years) in marketing account management or a similar role, within an agency environment or withing a brand portfolio environment.
· Experience in service and technology industries.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong writing skills a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
· Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
· Team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
· Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
· Accountable, growth oriented and ability to demonstrate initiative.
Final candidates will be subject to a background screening. Employment or continued employment is contingent upon NJII’s acceptance of the results of the background screening.
