We are seeking a Care Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Care Manager Benefits:

Care Manager Responsibilities:

  • Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
  • Client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software
  • Responds to questions regarding client and caregiver schedules
  • Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
  • Maintain computer schedules
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information

Care Manager Requirements:

  • Experience – Home care and Scheduling experience preferred but not required
  • Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
  • Characteristics – Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close TEAM environment
