What does an HR Effectiveness and Efficiency Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?The HR Efficiency & Effectiveness Manager is both a hands-on and strategic role, providing both team and project leadership in support of Swire Coca-Cola's Human Resources Operational Excellence initiative. The goal is to create an efficiency ratchet within Human Resources, exponentially improving efficiency through standardization, simplification, automation, or elimination, or a combination of these approaches. The person in this role will lead the HR Efficiency and Effectiveness team's efforts, including identification and execution of project initiatives as well as management of the improvement process through to successful implementation in order to achieve HR Operational Excellence.Responsibilities:Oversees the HR Efficiency and Effectiveness team. • Prioritizes individual growth and development of the team’s people and their careers. • Represents the company to the team through effective communication and ownership of the messagesHolds team members accountable to their goals and expectationsProject Initiation: works with leadership to identify opportunities, conceptualize success, and define project goals. Facilitates project kick-offProject Planning: develops comprehensive project plans (scope, budget, resources, objectives, milestones, timelines, governance protocols, etc.) for HR initiatives using the appropriate project management approaches and tools for the project’s needsProject Delivery: Monitors project execution to completion by managing to plan as well as identifying and overcoming roadblocks. Maintains stakeholder alignment throughout and escalates decision-making as neededStakeholder Engagement: Maintains clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and risksCollaboration and Facilitation: Designs and facilitates problem-solving activities to get at root cause and identify and test solutions that drive results. Establishes partnerships and consults with team members to drive collaboration throughoutResource Management: Involves appropriate subject-matter experts. Expertly allocates team members to projects.
