Swire Coca-Cola USA is Hiring a Production Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (FT) Near Wilsonville, OR
Shift Details: Shift time 10:00p - 6:30a
- Provide Support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and other issues and making necessary repairs to production and facility equipment to maximize efficiencies.
- Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP.
- Participate in rebuilds and overhauls on production lines and support equipment.
- Assist with parts management by ensuring parts are checked out of stock and communicating any deficiencies to the Parts Planner.
- Provide consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports.
- Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators and following up on top causes of downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow established safety, quality, and environmental policies, practices, and programs.
- Operate with technical skills the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system. This is for inventory and production line operational excellence.
- Clean tools, parts, and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance.
- Install new equipment as necessary and provide technical expertise to train and support production with a continued desire for lean supply chain process initiatives and improvement.
- Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
- Quality reviews of equipment assigned to maintain safety and performance standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
- Trade School certified preferred.
- 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Welding and Fabrication experience.
- Experience working with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.

- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
