At Swing, we create evidence-backed digital treatments and services to help people with chronic conditions live their best lives. Our first focus is fibromyalgia, a widespread chronic pain condition impacting over 10 million patients in the US. Swing Care, our telehealth platform for comprehensive, holistic fibromyalgia treatment, is expanding access to best-in-class care for this underserved patient population. Led by global experts in fibromyalgia research and clinical care, Swing Care is creating a home for fibromyalgia in healthcare.

We’re looking for a patient enrollment coordinator to join our patient-centric, collaborative team. As patient enrollment coordinator, you will be responsible for the first experience prospective patients have with Swing Care.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Be the first touchpoint for patients interested in enrolling in Swing Care, highlighting the clinic’s value, treatments, and services through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule patient appointments and gather relevant patient information for smooth onboarding through their first appointment
• Build and maintain relevant patient data through secure customer relationship management (CRM) database
• Provide best-in-class customer support; identify and resolve patient questions or concerns
• Check insurance eligibility and estimate customer copays and deductibles
• Recommend changes to patient enrollment procedures to meet or exceed performance goals for enrollment rates and patient success within Swing Care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 years of experience in customer support, sales, or patient recruitment
• Excellent verbal/written communication and strong active listening skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment performance goals
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms (Zendesk Sell preferred)
• Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of HIPAA compliance and insurance verification strongly preferred
• Must have the right to work in the United States
• Reliable remote work environment with high-speed internet and quiet, private space

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
