Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, budgeting, and office management.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Bill pay

- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
