Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant / Data Entry Specialist at our medical clinic. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our clinic.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input patient information, medical records, billing codes, and other data into electronic health records (EHR) systems and databases.
Serve as a point of contact for patients, medical staff, and external stakeholders, providing assistance and information as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the clinic staff, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and performing clerical tasks.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, forms, and other materials essential for daily operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
