We seek an Automotive Sales Associate with an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent customer service, and clear and effective communication skills to join our electric and driven team. We are looking to grow our sales team! We seek individuals with outstanding personalities to join the team and help us grow our expanding dealership. We promote from within and there is plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or in-person
• Handle all incoming internet sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
• Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers
• Attend product and sales training as requested by Sales Manager
• Realize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high CSI score

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is required, dealership experience preferred
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating
• Possess superior customer-focused communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license, along with reliable transportation
