What Winning Looks Like: 

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance duties, on facilities, HVAC systems, Automotive lifts and other assets associated to each facility.
• Perform snow removal operations with Plow Truck, and Loader
• Preform lot sanding/graveling operations with truck mounted equipment and by hand.
• Repairs overhead doors, personnel doors, and hardware.
• Makes repairs to parking lots, sidewalks, chain link fencing/gates, and building grounds. 
• Tests and repairs various systems and equipment using meters, schematics, drawings, and manuals.
• Perform electrical work such as lighting lamp change outs, LED conversions, switch, and outlet installation/replacement.
• Perform essential plumbing repairs such as flush valve replacement, drain clearing, and toilet/urinal/sink replacement. 
• Be trained and proficient in a wide variety of equipment operation including but not limited to, Front End Loader, Snowplow, Forklift, Tow Truck, Scissor Lift, Boom lift.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed to Win: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work in severe weather conditions and climb ladders, prolonged walking, sitting, bending, stooping lift, push and pull 75lbs
• Proficiently read, write, and comprehend English
• 3-5 years General Building maintenance
• 3-5 years Snowplow operation
• 3-5 years Front end loader operation
