Description
On-call Bartender
We are looking for friendly, high-energy bartenders to provide an excellent guest experience at Sweet Tooth Hotel. In this position, you will create our signature cocktails during normal business hours and all types of drinks during event hours. Our goal is to exceed customers’ needs and expectations.
Compensation includes a combination of hourly pay and tips based on the shift.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests.
· Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
· Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
· Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
· Perform opening and closing duties to set up and break down the bar.
Requirements and Skills:
· TABC Certification, preference for Food Service Manager certification
· Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
· Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
· Computer literacy
· Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
· Relevant training certificate
