Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you. Must have a valid Responsible Vendor's License for the state of LA to be considered for a cashier position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with product location and selection
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of specific items
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and free of clutter
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience with c-stores sales is a bonus.
