We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The ideal candidate will have a passion forBartending, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as create a community.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
**Skills:**
- Proficient in bartending techniques and drink preparation
- Knowledge of retail math for handling payments and making change
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with brewing methods and cocktail recipes
- Ability to work banquets or catering events as needed
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and upsell items
- Understanding of food handling safety guidelines in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
