- Knowledge of appropriate tablesettings and service ware.
- Thorough knowledge of menu items andservice procedures.
- Abilityto take direction and work in a team environment and to work calmly andeffectively under pressure.
- Musthave problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
- Thisposition will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.
- Must be able to stand andexert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
- Must be able to exertwell-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift up to15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- May be required to lifttrays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Requires grasping, writing,standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening andhearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occurcontinuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and otheremployees.
- Requires manual dexterityto use and operate all necessary equipment.
