Commercial Property Assistant Position Overview
The commercial property assistant would provide administrative support to the property management team in various areas, including tenant and vendor communications, accounting tasks, and document management. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute mail
• Deposit any checks received
• Track and manage tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
• Review vendor billing statements
• PO tracking and organization
• Create and facilitate the execution of vendor contracts
• Label documents to company standard and save appropriately in cloud storage system
• Manage site access systems
• Audit and maintain various site inventories
• Prepare and send marketing collateral
• Generate monthly billing statements
• Attend monthly property inspections
• Attend department and company meetings
• Provide general assistance to property managers as requested
