Sutherlin Toyota of Montgomery is Hiring a Title Clerk Near Montgomery, AL

Responsibilities:

  • Verify all documents are signed & completed properly
  • Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Prepare & submit all legal transfers of documents to the DMV
  • Prepare tax & title documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
  • Adhere to Policies/Processes: You will need to remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
  • Receive and Act Upon Feedback: You will need to be open to ongoing feedback aimed at improving performance\All other duties as assigned by manager/owner
  • Regular and predictable attendance as outlined in the company attendance policy
  • Qualifications:
  • ***MINIMUM 1 YEARS TITLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED****
  • Automotive title experience
  • DMV experience preferred
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
