We are Susquehanna Automotive, and we are changing the automotive customer buying experience with a focus on PROCESS, CULTURE, and EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team of 130 team members at our two locations, in Wrightsville and Willow Street.
Duties:
-Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits administration and inquiries
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support training and development initiatives for staff
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and employment laws
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
