We are seeking a skilled & enthusiastic Server to join our SUSHIDELIC Team in SOHO. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

• Take food & drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes
• Learn our 6 course Omakase Menu and be able to explain each dish as they are

presented

Make guests celebrating their Birthdays feel special and leave with a memorable

experience

Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly, staying on top of water

service, drink service and food service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned by manager on

duty.

Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with

the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card

• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the

restaurant as directed by manager.

• Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
• Be able to lift & carry trays.
• Be available to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
