Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the food industry, preferably as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills
- Ability to handle raw fish and other seafood safely and hygienically
- Excellent attention to detail in plating and presentation of sushi dishes
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team
