As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and setup of food service areas
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or customers
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are complete and meet quality standards
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures

Experience:
- Prior experience in a hotel or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling practices is an asset
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and fellow team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
