Head Sushi Chef
Ideal candidate will have :
> Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the same restaurant.
> Preferably, over 10 years of chef experience.
> Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
> Fluent in English.
> Omakase experience is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
- Ability to lead a team and control the flow of orders.
