Work location: 110 Casscade Drive, San Antonio, TX 78220

Purpose:

Responsible for assisting/coordinating in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading, and loading trucks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule Inbound and outbound appointments
• Verify BOLs versus ERP/WMS transactions.
• Document OSD on inbounds. Obtain RMAs if applicable.
• Verify that the goods are intact and report any defects.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• File and upload documents into the ERP/WMS system.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment and workstations.
• Maintaining clean shipping area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand,

bend, reach and move about the facility.

Candidates should be able to adapt to a warehouse environment. Ambient to -10°f

 environment.

Occasion lifting and carry up to 75 pounds and comply with OSHA standards.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

Hard hats, ear plugs or muffs, frocks, non-porous steel toe boots, hair nets, and beard nets must be worn at all times within the plant. Frocks are to remain in production areas unless they are to be replaced when soiled. Latex gloves must be worn when handling product or contacting sanitary surfaces.
