- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an environmental discipline (e.g., environmental science, geology, biology, environmental planning, environmental engineering, etc.).
- 8-10 years of consulting experience.
- A proven seller/doer and demonstrate the ability to develop a strategic plan with clearly defined goals and metrics, and ability to follow through.
- Ability to develop and foster relationships, including internally at Pinyon, and externally with clients, partners, and the community.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability and aptitude to identify problems and translate those problems into opportunities.
- Ability to work and excel in a team setting, but also work independently.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
- Effective in high pressure-situations and managing various tasks simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving is essential.
- Strong organizational, technical writing, and effective communication skills are required.
